Council On Government Efficiency (Final Report)

Jordan testified to the NYC Council on Government Efficiency’s hearing on government streamlining and digitalization.

“Others argued that the City should reduce its reliance on external vendors and invest more in recruiting and retaining engineers, designers, product managers, and other technology professionals who can buildand maintain critical digital services in-house.” (Page 89)
